Activity:
Medical care and management of patients who underwent heart transplant, heart and lung or lung transplant, including:

1. Periodical check-ups, periodical endomyocardial byopsies in order to eliminate acute allograft rejection of transplanted heart.
2. registration for scheduled hospital admission with aim to perform control coronarography and distribution of basic immunosuppressive drugs

Patients qualified for heart transplantation require referral for admission.
Patients after OHT do not require referral.
