Clinical Department of Congenital Heart Disease and Pediatric Cardiology

• diagnostic procedure (interventional catheterization ) in newborns, children and young adults
• non-surgical treatment  of heart disease through:
• balloon valvotomy of aortic and pulmonary stenosis
• ballon angioplasty in arterial and vascular stenosis, post-surgical stenosis (aortic coarctations and recoartcation, congenital and post-surgical pulmonic artery stenosis, surgical bypass stenosis, interatrial venous duct stenosis, renal artery  stenosis)
• transcatheter closure of congenital atrial and ventricular septal defects using  Amplatzer and Starflex system
• transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus using Amplatzer Duct Occluder, coil
• closure of other ruptured vascular junction using above mention methods
• transcatheter closure of  post-infarction ventricular septal defects
